Returns are only accepted for defective items purchased online, provided they are in original condition—unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unstitched, with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service center within 2 days of receiving the order, providing their online order ID and a valid reason. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Customers are required to select a replacement outfit from our online store. We will work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible based on the specific case.

All shipping or mailing costs related to the return of defective items are the customer's responsibility.
